Which documents prove an Irish business to Google?
Google names business registration, license tax certificates and utility bills as examples of supporting documentation, and whichever you send, the business name and address on it should match the profile you are appealing.
Documents that show your business exists
The Companies Registration Office (CRO) describes itself as the central repository of public statutory information on Irish companies, business names, and limited partnerships. Google's appeal page names business registration, license tax certificates, and utility bills as examples of supporting documentation. Revenue's page on registering for tax says that registering online (eRegistration) is the fastest, cheapest, and most efficient way of registering for tax.

Match the name and address to your profile
Google says it may suspend or disable Business Profiles that don't follow its guidelines. Its tip for documents submitted as evidence is to check that the business name and address match the profile being appealed. In its steps for appealing many profiles at once, Google says the business name and address on each document must exactly match your registration. Google also says appeals can only be submitted once, so check your documents before you send them.
Where to get a copy
The CRO says Certificates of Incorporation of a Company Name are issued as digitally certified documents. After registration, the presenter receives an email headed "Certificate of Incorporation for (Company Name inserted)". It contains the Digital Certificate as a pdf document. The CRO says the email address entered in the "Company email address" field on CORE should be the correct address for receiving the emailed Digital Certificate.
