BEFORE YOU APPEAL
How to appeal a suspended Google Business Profile
How do I appeal, and what happens after I submit?
To appeal, open Google's Business Profile appeals tool, add any supporting information, and submit; Google then reviews the appeal and emails you its decision.
Before you submit
Google says it may suspend or disable Business Profiles that don't follow its guidelines. If you believe your profile should be reinstated, you can submit an appeal. Before you appeal, Google tells you to make sure your profile follows all the guidelines. In the appeals tool you can add optional evidence to support an eligible appeal. If you submit documents, Google advises checking that the business name and address match the profile you are appealing for. Do not create a new Business Profile for the same business. Appeals can only be submitted once.
Submitting the appeal
The first step in Google's process is to open the Google Business Profile appeals tool. In the tool you can provide optional information to support your appeal. You can attach multiple files. After you submit, Google says it will review the appeal and send you an email with the appeal decision.
If the request is denied
Only if your reinstatement request is denied, Google may be able to do an additional review. For that review, you can provide evidence that wasn't added with your original appeal.
