BY REASON
Suspended for a PO box or mailbox address
Can a Google Business Profile use a PO box or a mailbox address?
No: Google's guidelines say a business address must be precise and accurate, and that P.O. boxes, and mailboxes at remote locations, aren't acceptable.
The rule
Google's guidelines say a business address must be precise and accurate. They say P.O. boxes, and mailboxes at remote locations, aren't acceptable. Google says it may suspend or disable Business Profiles that don't follow its guidelines. It also says an owner who believes the profile should be reinstated can submit an appeal.

How to tell if it applies to your profile
Google says a rented mailing address that the business doesn't operate out of is a virtual office. It says that location isn't eligible for a Business Profile. Google also says a business can't list an office at a co-working space unless that office meets certain conditions: clear signage, receiving customers during business hours, and being staffed by the business's own staff during business hours. Google says businesses that show their address on Google should keep permanent fixed signage of the business name at that address.
What to fix before you appeal
Before submitting an appeal, Google says to make sure the profile follows all of its guidelines. If a mailbox or suite number must be given, Google says to enter the physical address as Address Line 1 and that number as Address Line 2. Google says not to put information in the address lines that doesn't relate to the business's physical location, such as URLs or keywords. A service-area business should hide its business address from customers. For any documents submitted as evidence with an appeal, check that the business name and address match the profile being appealed. Google says appeals can only be submitted once. It also says not to create a new Business Profile for the same business.
