Suspended at a coworking space
When does a coworking space qualify as a Google Business Profile address?
A coworking space qualifies as a Google Business Profile address only when the office has clear signage, receives customers there during business hours, and is staffed by the business's own staff during business hours.
The rule: what Google says
Google says a profile can be suspended or disabled when it doesn't follow its guidelines. For coworking offices, Google's rule is that a business can't list an office at a co-working space unless the office has clear signage, receives customers there during business hours, and is staffed by the business's own staff during business hours. Google also says a rented mailing address where the business doesn't operate, which it calls a virtual office, isn't eligible for a Business Profile.

How to tell if it applies to your profile
Check your signage. Google says a business that shows its address should keep permanent, fixed signage of its business name at that address. Check whether your address is a mailbox. Google says P.O. boxes or mailboxes at remote locations aren't acceptable. If you serve customers at their locations instead of receiving them at an office, Google says service-area businesses can't list a virtual office unless it is staffed during business hours.
What to fix before you appeal
Before you appeal, Google says to make sure your profile follows all of its guidelines. If you serve customers at their locations and don't receive them at your address, Google says you should hide your business address from customers. Google says the appeals tool lets you add optional evidence to support an eligible appeal. Google advises that the business name and address on any evidence documents match the profile you are appealing. Google says appeals can only be submitted once, and it says not to create a new Business Profile for the same business.
